Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVAL IN CATANIA AND TRANSFER TO LIPARI

Arrival at Catania Airport and meeting with the shared transfer service to the port of Milazzo (maximum expected waiting time: about 1 hour).

Hydrofoil crossing from Milazzo to Lipari. Arrival at Lipari port and transfer to La Pinnata hotel. Check-in, welcome drink and free time for a first stroll or some relaxation.

Day 2

EXCURSION TO STROMBOLI

A full day dedicated to discovering Stromboli, an extraordinary island where the majesty of the Sciara del Fuoco meets the deep blue sea.

The package includes the roundtrip hydrofoil ticket from Lipari to Stromboli. Independent visit of the island: recommended areas include the village of San Vincenzo, Scari, the black beach, and the panoramic viewpoint near the observatory (no ascent to the volcano).

Day 3

DISCOVERING VULCANO

Day dedicated to exploring the island of Vulcano, easily reachable from Lipari by a short hydrofoil ride (tickets not included).

Suggested self-guided program:

Visit the Mud Baths area and the Black Sand Beach

Optional hike to the Gran Cratere della Fossa (1–1.5 hours, if open and safe to access)

Time for swimming in the coves or enjoying a seaside lunch

Return to Lipari in the afternoon.

Day 4

LIPARI AND SALINA

Day dedicated to exploring the islands of Lipari and Salina.

You may purchase an optional full-day boat tour, including swimming stops in some of the most scenic spots:

Pumice and Acquacalda (Lipari)

Pollara and Lingua (Salina)

Alternatively, enjoy a free day on Lipari to visit the Castle, the Archaeological Museum, or relax on the island’s beaches.

Day 5

END OF STAY

Transfer from the hotel to Lipari port, hydrofoil crossing to Milazzo, and shared transfer to Catania Airport in time for your departure flight.
